Signode LBX-2000 Plastic Strapping Machine:
The high-speed SIGNODE LBX-2000 plastic strapping machine combines jam-resistant and lubrication-free operation to maximize strapping operations with performance of up to 70 straps per minute. Ideal for high volume applications with varying package or bundle types and sizes. The LBX-2000 features automatic refeed, variable tension, and a fully accessible strap path and utilizes Signode’s newest LB Series strapping which is just as durable as in the past but with more strap per coil. Standard chute sizes are available 20" W x 15" H and 28 " W x 15" H

Signode LBX-2300 Plastic Strapping Machine:
The SIGNODE LBX-2300 is the perfect system to increase production speeds, reduce operator involvement and simplify service functions to save time and money.  Featuring jam-resistant technology, automatic loading, fully accessible strap path, lubrication free operation and optional Auto-cut and refeed. Six standard chute sizes are available which utilizes Signode’s newest LB Series strapping which is just as durable as in the past but with more strap per coil. 

Signode LBX-2330 Plastic Strapping Machine:
The automatic SIGNODE LBX-2330 takes all the features of the LBX-2300 but is outfitted with a powered conveyor, single or double compression bars, low strap indicators, multi-strap option and interlock kit for true operatorless production.  Featuring jam-resistant technology, automatic loading, fully accessible strap path, lubrication free operation and optional Auto-cut and refeed. Six standard chute sizes are available which utilizes Signode’s newest LB Series strapping which is just as durable as in the past but with more strap per coil.

The automatic SIGNODE LB-6520 Corrugated Bundler increases production speed, optimizes performance and maximizes efficiency saving you time and money.  With up to 42 straps per minute, it’s the fastest strapping machine in its class.  Utilizing Signode’s patented jam-resistant technology, self-lubricating strapping heads, and adjustment free design, the LB-6520 provides excellent durability and maintenance free operation.  All-welded steel construction provides superior durability.

Signode HB-4300 Series Plastic Strapping Machines:
SIGNODE’S HB-4300 and HB-4330 models plastic strapping machines provide reliable, high-speed performance for heavy-duty applications. Utilizing 9mm or 10.5mm polypropylene strapping and applying up to 250 lbs. of strap tension for superior package integrity at up to 52 straps per minute. The patented tension winder ensures consistent, high tension regardless of package size or compressibility. Features include jam-resistant technology, automatic loading, fully accessible strap path, lubrication-free operation and optional auto-cut and refeed. Seven standard chute sizes are available with painted or stainless steel finishes. Signode HB-4310 Side Seal Plastic
Strapping Machine:
SIGNODE’S HB-4310 offers the highest available speed, most reliable performance and the lowest maintenance cost of any general-duty, side seal strapping machine.  Unlike other automatic strapping machines that require an operator to clear the strap jams, the HB-4310 automatically ejects misfed strap, rethreads itself and continues strapping without operator intervention.  Equipped with this option, the automatic model becomes a truly operatorless machine.  Five standard chute sizes are available the HB-4310 can be outfitted with a roller top, operatorless interlock kit, auxiliary push button station.  In addition, the HB-4310 corrosion resistant stainless steel model is ideal for food processing facilities.

Providing fast (50 straps per minute) The PAC SM2000 is a dependable general purpose strapping system. Utilizing economical 5mm and 6mm strapping, reducing total packaging costs. It's portable design features auto strap ejector, adjustable table height, electronically controlled variable tension and manual tension dial, and a one-piece strap chute, which guarantees parallel application of straps. Six standard chute sizes are available to choose from.

Samuel P100 Trackless Plastic Strapping Machine:
Solid State control circuitry ensures high reliability and low maintenance in this portable and economical table-top style strapping machine. The Samuel P100 is made to handle virtually any size or shape of package that can be placed on the machine including corrugated cartons, lumber, metal and plastic tubing, paper and soft fragile packaging. The unit features automatic tension, heat seal, strap cutting and pre-feed for the next application.

Samuel P710 Series Plastic Strapping Machines:
For high-volume strapping, the SAMUEL P710 Series of machines can apply up to 40 cycles per minute with the standard arch size of 24" W x 20" H. Featuring adjustable strap tension ranges for both soft materials and heavy cartons, proximity switches for all sensors, loop ejector, automatic strap loading, emergency stop button, foot & table switch, roller top table and optional automated strap eject at end of reel. A variety of arch sizes and model styles are available and can accommodate strap width of 6mm, ¼", 3/8", ½" x and 5/8".
